Montessori is a method of education based on self-directed activity, hands-on learning and collaborative play. It was developed in early 1900’s by the Italian physician and educator Dr. Maria Montessori for the organized development of kids in their early age. BenchMark has one of the best Montessori environments in Kerala which follows the internationally renowned AMI curriculum.

Since early age education is attached utmost significance by BenchMark, we have set apart an exclusive environment with a separate campus for the Montessori. Our Montessori spaces are aesthetically designed to meet the age-appropriate needs of children in a Montessori age range. Each learning material in the Montessori classrooms contributes to a child’s development, where they learn through their own experience and at their own pace. They respond to the innate interests that lay the foundations for a lifelong learning.

The meticulously handpicked Montessori teachers are carefully trained so that quality learning is ensured at the level. They provide experiential learning that leads to a deeper understanding of language, mathematics, science, music and social interactions happen in a joyful space. Their content and skill levels are periodically updated and learning occurs in an inclusive environment.Children work in groups and on their own to discover and explore knowledge of the world and to develop to their potential.
