R!SE, is a program, specially designed by BenchMark, to make refined Interventions for student empowerment in grades 8 – 10. R!SE is not just an academic package as it involves 360° overhauling of learning experience. It starts with providing specially done classrooms which are custom constructed for comfortable and digitally enabled learning and moves to a series of efforts to ensure their upskilling, aptitude building, language support and further enabling needs. R!SE primarily focuses on areas such as Language Immersion, Skill Initiation, Coding Integration, GK input and Career Introduction. Through these programs, R!SE aims to enable children to delve into the world of knowledge.
R!SE was officially inaugurated by the honourable MLA of Tirur, Mr. Kurukkoli Moideen. He appreciated BenchMark International School, in his inaugural speech for taking up this innovative program, which guides children to cope with the ever-changing educational scenario.
R!SE will be a 30hrs/year programme, spread across 10 months. Three hours a month will be allocated for R!SE in the curriculum of Grade 8 to 10. The afternoon session on Saturdays will be set apart for the delivery of R!SE with expert hands from outside and in-house faculty to train the students.
Mr. Syamlal E P, Head of Social Studies Department and coordinator of R!SE welcomed the gathering. Mr. Joji Paul, Principal, BenchMark International School, presided over the function. Dr. P K Babu, Academic Director, BenchMark International School gave a briefing on R!SE in his keynote address. Chairman Mr. Rafeek Mohamed P M, Manager Mr. Ibrahim Haris UV, Vice Principal Mrs. Rathi I V, Primary & Middle School Headmaster Mr. Biju M N were present. Mrs. Shobana C, Headmistress Secondary Session thanked the dignitaries and guests.
